The upper cylinder (nitrogen chamber), the middle cylinder (cylinder), and the lower cylinder are connected by four through-body bolts. The upper cylinder is used to store low-pressure nitrogen. The middle cylinder is a piston, an accumulator, an oil seal, a gas exchange valve, etc., and the lower cylinder has steel brazing, flat pins, horizontal pins, inner and outer bushings, and the like.

The main structure of the breaker is divided into a hammer body (movement) and a bracket, wherein the upper jaw plate and the lower jaw plate respectively protect the movement, and the drill rod is directly in contact with the material during the crushing operation. Among them, the accumulator mainly plays a buffer protection role, which can prolong the service life of the breaker to a certain extent. Generally, small crushers or breaker hammers with a diameter of less than 10 cm are not equipped with accumulators.

Working principle of hydraulic breaker

The gun head is powered by hydrostatic pressure. The oil pressure drives the piston upwards and compresses the nitrogen. When the piston reaches the top, the reversing valve works. The direction of the oil pressure changes to make the piston downward, and at the same time, it is subjected to the force of nitrogen and piston. The piston is caused to hit the drill rod at a high speed, thereby reciprocating to perform solid crushing operations such as ore and concrete.
