The Shell of Hydraulic Breaker Maintenance Method
The working flow of hydraulic hammer of different sizes is different. Small hydraulic hammer flow can be as small as 23L per minute, while large hydraulic hammer flow can reach more than 400L per minute. When choosing hydraulic hammer, the flow requirement of hydraulic hammer must be consistent with the output flow of backup valve of excavator.
The Shell of Hydraulic Breaker Type
At present, there are three most common exterior designs of vehicle hydraulic hammer, namely triangular, splint and box (also known as silent). Triangle type and splint type usually use two thick steel splints to protect the two sides of the hammer core. This structure design does not protect the front and back of the hydraulic hammer. The structure of box-type hydraulic hammer is that the shell completely wraps the hammer body, and the shell is equipped with vibration-absorbing materials, which can produce buffer between the hammer body and the shell and also reduce the vibration of the carrier. The advantages of box-type hydraulic hammer are that it can provide better protection for hammer body, low noise and reduce vibration of carrier when working.
