The hydraulic breaker mainly consists of an upper cylinder, a middle cylinder and a lower cylinder. It is equipped with automatic control, silencer and vibration reduction, automatic frequency conversion, automatic lubrication and air defense.
The upper cylinder has built-in automatic control valve, overload valve, reversing valve and accumulator. It has a sealed chamber for storing low-pressure nitrogen gas, and controls the commutation of the reversing valve through the series of actions of the control valve to achieve the breaker.
The impact of the piston. The middle cylinder includes a piston, a seal, etc., and the hydraulic oil in the oil passage acts on the upper and lower ends of the piston to achieve a reversing impact action.
The lower cylinder body has a drill rod for striking materials, a fixed flat pin lock pin and inner and outer bushings, etc., and the main function is to fix and lubricate the drill rod. The upper middle and lower cylinders are fastened by 8 tension bolts, and the upper middle cylinders have sealing flanges for upper sealing.
The breaker is an oil and gas hybrid drive that combines low pressure nitrogen and high pressure accumulators. Low-pressure nitrogen is mainly used to increase the striking force when the piston is struck down, while the high-pressure accumulator is mainly to reduce the impact of the hydraulic system.
Through the action of the control valve (commutation valve), the flow direction of the hydraulic oil and the force application surface are changed, thereby realizing the up and down movement of the piston, striking the drill rod, and converting the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy through the drill rod to act on the material to produce the crushing effect.
